Our Commitment
Kavod Technologies is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across all of our platforms.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance Status
Our platforms are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working toward full conformance across all of our products and services.
“Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are committed to identifying and addressing these gaps on an ongoing basis.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features across our platforms:
- Keyboard navigation throughout all interactive elements
- Skip to main content link on every page
- Semantic HTML structure for meaningful document outlines
- ARIA labels on all interactive elements and dynamic content
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
- Resizable text support up to 200% without loss of functionality
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images
- Reduced motion preference support via prefers-reduced-motion
- Screen reader compatible forms with proper labels and error messages
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platforms may not yet be fully accessible. Below are known limitations and our plans to address them:
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
Remediation: We are converting all documents to accessible formats. Target completion: Q3 2026.
Some third-party embedded content (e.g., video players, maps) may have accessibility gaps.
Remediation: We are actively working with vendors to ensure compliance and providing alternative access where possible.
Complex data tables in analytics dashboards may lack complete screen reader support.
Remediation: We are implementing ARIA table roles and providing summary descriptions for all data tables.

Assessment & Compliance
We assess the accessibility of our platforms through a combination of internal testing using assistive technologies, automated scanning tools, and manual reviews. Our development team conducts periodic audits against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria as part of our release process.
We are in the process of engaging a third-party accessibility specialist to conduct a comprehensive WCAG audit of our primary platforms. Results will be published on this page upon completion.
